Cancellation by Customer: In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

• If the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the rental date, a full refund less the deposit will be provided.
• If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the rental date, a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

Cancellation by Company:

• We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or if we believe the event may breach our policies or local laws. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
