Q. Does a backdrop come with my photo booth rental?
Our Gold Package includes a backdrop. You will be able to select the backdrop during the photo booth reservation process. If you already have a backdrop or background for your event you will be able to skip this step in the reservation process.
Q. How far in advance should I book a photo booth?
Reservations are accepted up to a year in advance. A 25% deposit will hold your event date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before. We suggest making your reservation as early as possible.
Q. How much space is needed for a photobooth?
Ideally, we recommend a 10x10 space, but we can also accommodate smaller areas. The photo booth is slim, and the backdrop measures 8x8, suitable for placement against a wall or standing independently. If you have any questions or concerns about the space you plan to use for the photo booth, please let us know, and we will make the proper adjustments.
Q. Do you provide photo prints in any of your packages?
Starting mid-February 2025, we're excited to elevate your photo booth experience by adding prints to our packages! This add-on can be selected during the booking process.
Q. Do I have to provide power or Wi-Fi to the photo booth?
Our booths operate on a dedicated battery, so there is no need to place near an outlet or provide outside power. Whether indoors or outdoors, we’ve got you covered. We provide a dedicated hotspot to enable instant texting and sharing of your photos. If the hotspot signal isn't strong enough, connecting to your venue's Wi-Fi ensures your guests can quickly access and share their captures during the event.
